Let’s go green with a touch of marketing
Here’s a nice example of a smart marketing innovation that I just saw in Brussels last week. A company in the green business will soon set up in this building on the Louise Avenue (actually not far away from IntoTheMinds offices) and as far as I understood the building is also likely to be green. This project is led by Pylos and Fidentia, two real-estate investment firms.

To catch the attention of pedestrians a birds’ house has been installed with a large hole where you’re tempted to put your eye. And guess what you see … the building in a few months after it has been renovated “green”.
I loved the idea …
My take :
We’re living in a era of everything-online-everything-virtual and consumers are paying less and less attention to online messages. Firms going real, that’s to say re-discovering the charms of tangibles original out-of-the-box messages, will be the winners. Go real and re-invent your business ! Consumers want to be surprised and pleased.
