Bonpoint knows very well what customer experience means
Bonpoint is definitely very good. Their flagship store of rue de Tournon in Paris is a superb case study if you want to understand the meaning of customer experience. Their store provides actually such a great experience that parents will have a hard time resisting the temptation to purchase something for their kid(s).
The products are very well and originally displayed, shelves are not crowded (this touch of simplicity can also be found in any Apple store where there are enough products on display but ample space between them), and the inner design is just fabulous. Bonpoint went so far that they even built a wood cabin in the store.
The experience doesn’t stop when the product(s) is(are) chosen. They are carefully packed in individual protective covers and delicately perfumed with a male or female fragrance depending on the type of clothes purchased. Last but not least (this is a best practice) salespeople don’t forget to enter your contact info into the database to keep in touch with you.
My take:
Bonpoint is an incredibly efficient brand to generate cash.
